Delivery & Returns

Standard UK delivery £3.99 (Free delivery – when you spend over £40)

Our standard delivery service will aim to deliver your parcel up to 5 working days of your order.

Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands will be an additional 48 hours on top of the selected delivery option.

Returns & Refunds

Kays Hairdressing understands that occasionally we all make spontaneous purchases that we aren’t 100% happy with.

We want to make life as easy as possible for when these little shopping mishaps occur, which is why we offer a full refund or exchange of an item within 28 days, as long as the item you would like to return is unopened, and sent back to us with your receipt, along with the original labels and packaging. Once we have received this, we can start the returns process.

We will endeavour to process your return within 10 working days, following receipt of the above. However, during busy periods such as Christmas or sale, this may take a little longer.

How to return

Simply fill out our contact form to let us know why you want to return your item, package the unopened items in the original packaging and post back to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item.
