Toner

Toners are what we use in the hair industry to slightly change the colour of the hair after it has been lifted. Sometimes the hair can look brassy or uneven, especially on those with darker hair. Toners can help knock those colours out a little. You can have ashier blondes or more caramel blondes for example.
